Refund policy
We partner directly with leading international manufacturing facilities to host exclusive, direct-to-consumer clearance events, allowing us to offer up to 70% off retail value. Because inventory is dispatched straight from these partner factories to eliminate middleman storage fees, our return policy is governed by factory-direct logistics.
1. Damaged or Defective Items (Factory-Backed Guarantee)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at help@shopdfm.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the defect.

Once verified with the sourcing facility, we will arrange a 100% free replacement or a full reimbursement to your original payment method.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
To maintain these heavily discounted clearance prices, our partner factories do not absorb traditional retail "change-of-mind" logistics costs.

Except where required by local statutory laws (see Section 4), all allocations are considered final once factory dispatch is completed.

If a change-of-mind return is explicitly authorized by our team, the item must be completely unused, unworn, with original factory tags attached, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for tracked return logistics back to the designated fulfillment hub.
3. Clearance & Liquidation Items
Because these products are featured in deeply discounted, limited-time liquidation events, partner factories do not accept general returns or exchanges on sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. International Consumer Law Compliance
We strictly respect and comply with all consumer protection laws in our customers' host countries. If local statutory regulations grant specific mandatory return windows, those laws override our standard factory policy:

European Union & United Kingdom: In compliance with local consumer regulations, customers shipping into the EU or UK retain the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. For these statutory returns, items must be unworn, in their original factory packaging, and return logistics are covered by the buyer.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Do not ship items back to the manufacturer address printed on your package box without prior authorization, as their automated warehouse systems cannot process them. To open a formal request, simply email help@shopdfm.com.
6. Refunds Processing
Once your authorized return is received and inspected by the intake team, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
