2. Order Placement & Price Allocations

  • Contract Formation: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your allocation for any reason, including but not limited to factory supply limits, regional shipping restrictions, or pricing errors.

  • Pricing Terms: All prices are reflective of direct-from-factory clearance models. Standard retail comparison metrics (crossed-out prices) represent estimated traditional retail markups, brand positioning fees, and middleman distribution overhead.

3. Shipping, Transit & Title Transfer

  • Fulfillment Route: Goods are dispatched via international priority air cargo lanes directly from our partner manufacturing facilities.

  • Transfer of Title: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the consumer upon delivery to the carrier at the origin point, in compliance with standard international shipping laws (FOB origin parameters), subject to our voluntary transit insurance coverage policies.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Names

  • All product names, logos, branding, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners.

  • Unless explicitly stated, our clearance events do not imply direct affiliation, endorsement, or formal sponsorship by traditional high-street luxury houses or brick-and-mortar corporate brands. We offer unbranded or factory-branded alternatives direct from the source.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable local laws, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of goods procured via our partner factories.

These terms, policies, and transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with local commercial legal frameworks. Any statutory rights granted to consumers under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their host countries (including the UK Consumer Rights Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive) remain fully unaffected and legally protected.
